Steve and I just had our first Sunday morning weigh in since we took our baseline weights last week.
So Steve lost 3 lbs and I lost 10 lbs in 1 week!!! and all by cutting calories and watching portions.
Steve admits that he was out to eat with people from work a few days this week and he’s noticed that the later he stays up at night the more he snacks so hey at least he knows what to work on.
I know my big biggest loser weight loss in week 1 won’t maintain next week but I tell you what, what a jump start!!!
